The Chemical Industries Association has appointed a controversial successor for Doug Rodger - director of Responsible Care and health, safety and environmental policy. The new incumbent is Jon Chapman, who has worked for 16 years in senior positions at Suffolk contract chemicals manufacturer Witton Chemical.
