EMR, Biffa and Endeva join forces to offer WEEE compliance

Plans to establish a national scheme for the take-back and recycling of electrical appliances were announced by EMR, Biffa and delivery company Endeva in February. The joint venture - known as Transform - will offer a compliance route for companies facing producer responsibility obligations under the EU Directive on waste electrical and electronic equipment.
