Meacher's little difficulty over municipal incineration

Environment Minister Michael Meacher told the House of Commons on 6 March that the Government intends to maintain incineration of municipal waste at a "low level". Four days later, he gave a parliamentary answer showing that the incineration rate is set to double if all live projects go ahead.
