Scottish renewables threatened by Ofgem's trading plans, say MPs
Plans to introduce Britain-wide electricity arrangements could impose "severe obstacles" to the development of Scottish renewables, according to the House of Commons Trade and Industry Committee.1 The MPs say energy regulator Ofgem should delay the reform until it is more certain about the costs and benefits.
