WRAP unveils first R&D awards amid hiccup on newsprint investment
The Government's Waste and Resources Action Programme has unveiled its first batch of R&D awards aimed at developing new markets for waste glass, plastics and wood. WRAP also announced an embarrassing switch - from Aylesford to Shotton - in its flagship plan to invest in newsprint recycling.
