Ofgem sets groundrules for green electricity
Energy regulator Ofgem has proposed that electricity sold under green tariffs should not be used to help suppliers comply with the renewables obligation.1 The move could spell trouble for some tariffs - notably the high-profile offering from Npower and Greenpeace.
