Engine manufacturer fined £18,000 for packaging offences
Diesel engine manufacturer Lister-Petter was fined £18,000 with £1,135 costs by Stroud magistrates on 16 January after admitting four offences under the 1997 packaging regulations. The fine was hefty compared to those usually imposed for such offences.
