Renderer fined for offal pollution
Suffolk Proteins of Bury St Edmunds has been fined £7,000 after admitting two counts of storing wastes in a manner likely to cause pollution or harm to health, contrary to section 33(1)(c) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990. The company appeared before Bury magistrates on 14 January.
