Lords hit out at DTI over consent for Welsh wind farm

Strong objections to the Department of Trade and Industry's decision to approve a large wind farm in mid-Wales have been aired during a House of Lords debate. Many peers argued that such decisions should be taken by the Welsh Assembly - but the Assembly has blocked most smaller wind projects.
