Retailers pledge to report on use of hazardous chemicals

Boots, Marks & Spencer, the Co-op, B&Q and the Early Learning Centre are supporting a campaign by Friends of the Earth to persuade retailers to report on their plans to phase out hazardous chemicals from their products. Boots' position marks a significant shift from its previous traditional risk assessment approach.
