Torgam fined £30,000 for placentas found in trailer

Clinical waste contractor Torgam Developments was fined £30,000 with £7,180 costs at Sheffield Crown Court on 6 November after clinical waste, including used needles, blood samples and bagged placentas, was found in an articulated trailer at an unlicensed site.
