Agency wins £3,000 compensation for clearing chemicals

The former director of a liquidated chemicals storage business was ordered to pay the Environment Agency £3,000 compensation and £1,000 costs by Sheffield magistrates on 11 November after he admitted storing unsegregated chemicals.
