Price of carbon credits slumps
Prices of carbon credits in the UK's new market for greenhouse gas allowances slipped dramatically in late 2002. Most large buyers under climate change levy agreements (CCLAs) are thought to have bought sufficient allowances to meet their targets, and the market is now turning to numerous small trades.
