Scottish Executive accused of "lack of ambition" on renewables

The Scottish Executive was accused of a "startling lack of ambition" in renewable energy policy during a debate at Holyrood on 8 February. Scottish Nationalists said that the Executive should increase its renewables target for 2010 to 25% - and make Scotland the "green powerhouse of Europe".
