Disposal authorities dabble with Wisard LCA tool
A growing number of waste disposal authorities are using the life cycle assessment software, Wisard, to help develop their waste management strategies by comparing future potential scenarios. But there are fears that such an approach is too isolated from the public and maybe used simply to justify plans for new incinerators.
