Labour's campaign sidesteps looming environmental agenda

Signs of radical thinking on the environment in the three main parties' election manifestos are confined to the Liberal Democrats' programme, unless you like your radicalism of the Conservative abolitionist variety. Labour's manifesto says almost nothing about how it will address the environmental challenges looming for the next term - and there will be plenty on energy, transport, GM crops, waste, business and more besides.
