Blair gets hung up over odd billion on national waste bill

Phasing out household waste incineration would cost "a great deal of money", the Prime Minister told the House of Commons in July. Mr Blair later quoted the Government's waste strategy in his support - but the strategy does not help him quite as much as he thinks.
