Scottish Executive responds to panning on sustainability

A four-point action plan on sustainable development was announced by Scottish Environment Minister Ross Finnie in October. The move appears to have been prompted by a report from WWF-UK which savaged the Scottish Executive for lagging behind the rest of the UK in promoting sustainable development. 1
