DTI proposes sticking plaster to help small generators
Proposals to help smaller power generators operating under the new electricity trading arrangements (NETA) have been published by the Department of Trade and Industry.1 Its focus is largely on developing consolidation services for generators with unpredictable output - but the green electricity industry is looking for more fundamental reforms.
