Cornish firm fined for landspreading sewage
Pellows Waste Disposal Services of Truro was given a two-year conditional discharge and ordered to pay £1,000 costs by West Cornwall magistrates on 13 November after it admitted spreading sewage waste on land without a licence or exemption. It also admitted two "duty of care" offences of failing to provide a written description of the waste.
