Agency resorts to injunctions to control unlicensed waste disposal

Three recent cases illustrate how the Environment Agency is resorting to the somewhat cumbersome option of High Court injunctions to control unlicensed waste disposal. In two of the cases, the Agency is seeking to control activities claimed to "improve" land - at a golf club in south Wales and a farm in Surrey.
