Iceland extends non-GM policy to animal feed

Supermarket chain Iceland has announced that by September all of its animal products will come from livestock reared on non-genetically modified feed. Two years ago the retailer was the first to remove GM ingredients from its own product range (ENDS Report 278, p 24 ).
