Regulatory package for IPPC

Draft guidance and application forms for the new integrated pollution prevention and control (IPPC) regime have been issued for consultation by the Environment Agency. The package includes information to be provided in site contamination reports and requirements in other new areas for regulation such as energy efficiency, noise and raw materials. It also places particular emphasis on applicants' environmental management systems.
