Agency makes an example of paper and pulp
Draft guidance on the application of integrated pollution prevention and control (IPPC) in the paper and pulp sector was issued by the Environment Agency in May. 1 The guidance illustrates the potential for the regime to impose tougher demands than those under integrated pollution control (IPC).
