Monitoring scheme for CO<SUB>2</SUB> emissions from cars

Details of a new scheme for monitoring the average specific emissions of carbon dioxide from new passenger cars have been published in the Official Journal. 1 They were adopted by the Council of Ministers and the European Parliament in June.
