Nipa chemical works panned by Agency audit

A grim picture of safety and environmental standards at Nipa Laboratories' Oswaldtwistle chemical works is painted by the report of an Environment Agency audit of the site. The audit was conducted last year, and two prosecutions later the company is praised by the Agency for its new commitment to environmental improvement.
