US endocrine review supports low-dose effects theory
A US expert panel on endocrine disrupting compounds has concluded that low-dose effects "have been clearly demonstrated" for some oestrogenic compounds. However, it says that more research is needed on the disputed issue of low-dose effects from exposure to the plastics intermediate bisphenol A.
