Enforcement action

The Scottish Environment Protection Agency has issued two notices against Shanks at its Greengairs site. One notice requires it to comply with licence conditions relating to leachate levels and odours detected beyond the site boundary. A suspension notice prevents Shanks from depositing liquid waste until further notice.
