MPs call for inclusion of resource consumption in products policy

The aim of reducing total resource consumption should be integrated into the Government's policies for consumer products, according to a report by the House of Commons Environment Committee. 1 The report also also calls for a UK eco-labelling scheme, and for statutory backing to the green claims code.
