Perstorp cuts nonyl phenol use in epoxy resin flooring

A new range of epoxy resin flooring systems which use significantly less nonyl phenol (NP) has been launched in the UK by the Swedish chemicals company Perstorp. Most UK producers appear not to be reducing their use of the substance or to be aware of the concerns about its aquatic toxicity and persistence.
