DTI report calls for firms to set recycled product targets

A best practice programme in which companies would set targets for the use of recycled products and the collection of materials for recycling is proposed as a way of developing recyclate markets in a new report for the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). It also suggests targets for recyclate use in the public sector.
