South East Water fined for "thick brown" drinking water

South East Water pleaded guilty to four charges in August of supplying water unfit for human consumption. The case is one of many in the pipeline as the Drinking Water Inspectorate (DWI) cracks down on dirty water incidents caused by the disturbance of mains sediments during maintenance work.
