Vehicle bodyshops "not ready" to adopt low-VOC paints

New limits to reduce emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from the vehicle refinishing industry come into force on 1 April. But coating manufacturers who have invested heavily in new products to comply with the regulations claim that few companies are ready to meet the deadline.
