New funding for feedstock recycling study in Scotland

BP Chemicals' plans for a feedstock recycling plant for plastics waste are beginning to move forward thanks to £300,000 in funding under the landfill tax credits scheme. But the company is not interested in leading the future commercialisation of the process, and is instead looking to a waste management firm or a packaging compliance scheme such as Valpak to take the initiative.
