Elf and Murco break ranks on ultra-low sulphur diesel

Ultra-low sulphur diesel is set to become more widely available following a move by two oil companies to sell the fuel on their forecourts. The move, which follows similar initiatives by supermarket retailers, has embarrassed other oil companies which are still refusing to make low-sulphur fuels available at their filling stations.
