Agency moots tough controls on sheep dipping

The Environment Agency has proposed that it should have more comprehensive controls over sheep dipping to help prevent water pollution. A review released for consultation in July recommends "more positive" regulation - including the extension of licensing to cover dip operators and facilities as well as dip disposal sites. 1
