£120,000 fine for loss of radioactive source at Tyseley incinerator

Tyseley Waste Disposal, operators of Birmingham's new municipal waste incinerator, have been ordered to pay a heavy fine of £120,000 for failing to prevent the loss of two radioactive sources during the demolition of an old plant.
