Agency's instrument certification scheme moves ahead
The Environment Agency has decided to press ahead with its proposed certification scheme for pollution monitoring equipment, aimed in part at easing the development of self-monitoring by regulated industries. The Monitoring Certification Scheme (MCERTS) will initially focus on continuous emission monitors (CEMs).
