Energy Saving Trust sets out stall on domestic CO<SUB>2</SUB> savings
Domestic energy consumption could be cut by 18% by 2010 under a major energy efficiency programme backed by public funds of £2 billion, according to the Energy Saving Trust.1 The Trust argues that such a programme is essential if the Government is to meet its target to curb carbon dioxide emissions - but may be overstating its emission reduction potential.
