VOC limits for decorative paints in the pipeline

The European Commission is studying a proposal from the European Paint Manufacturers Association (CEPE) for a Directive to reduce the solvent content of decorative paints. The idea originated with the Dutch Government, and is believed to have attracted support from the UK.
