Yorkshire Water convicted of 27 offences in one day

Yorkshire Water has doubled its convictions in cases brought by the National Rivers Authority (NRA) at a stroke. In May it was convicted of 27 charges of illegally abstracting water, causing a reduction in fish spawning in a small watercourse.
