Another Blue Circle incinerator debated in Commons
For the second time this year, Blue Circle's clinical waste incineration activities have been criticised in the House of Commons. However, in an adjournment debate on 4 November, junior Environment Minister Tony Baldry refused to call in at this stage the firm's planning application to build a new incinerator in Letchworth, Hertfordshire.
