Series of failures ends in prosecution for dairy firm
Dairy Crest, the Milk Marketing Board's trading company, has been fined £1,500 for polluting a Shropshire river. The case was the company's sixth prosecution since the establishment of the National Rivers Authority (NRA) in 1989.
