The former director of a demolition firm has been fined after he disregarded Lincolnshire County Council’s instructions to cease illegal waste activities.

John Trevor Thurlby (73) of Forest Dene, Eagle Moor, Lincoln was fined was fined £3,500 with £3,127 costs last Thursday. Lincoln Magistrates Court also imposed a criminal behaviour order, instructing him not to store, process or dispose of controlled waste on the site in Eagle Moor, Lincoln without planning permission or an environmental permit.
