Restore CRC revenue recycling, says CBI

The government must restore revenue recycling to the CRC, says the Confederation of British Industry

The CBI makes the comments in its response to an energy and climate department (DECC) consultation on CRC reforms. It elaborates on the CBI’s Budget submission (ENDS Report 434, pp 59-60).
