Offshore turbine boom faces headwinds

Governments across Europe are reducing their offshore wind ambitions. But if the UK follows suit, would it mean missing out on a raft of green jobs? Alex Marshall reports

Britain needs 30% of its electricity to come from renewables by 2020 to meet a wider EU Renewable Energy Directive target requiring 15% of UK energy to come from renewable sources.
