Mr Mulligan is leaving the charity and lobby group to become executive director of the United Nations Association’s UK branch

Philip Mulligan to leave Environmental Protection UKPhilip Mulligan, chief executive of Environmental Protection UK, is leaving the charity and lobby group to become executive director of the United Nations Association’s UK branch.

He headed EPUK for nearly four years, guiding it through its change of name from the National Society for Clean Air.

“The organisation has developed enormously and it will be a wrench to leave,” he said.
