Agency approves ‘WEEE row’ schemes

Repic and Electrolink - the compliance schemes whose row almost destabilised the regime governing the recycling of waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) (ENDS Report 415, p 16 ) - have been reapproved to operate from 2010 to 2012. The Environment Agency announced its decision in October.
