Court finds procedures on nuclear energy<br> policy legally flawed
The High Court has held that the government’s policy decision last year to support the building of new nuclear power stations was procedurally flawed on the grounds of inadequate public consultation on key aspects of the conclusions. The government will now have to rethink its consultation procedures on nuclear policy.
