Agency in legal battle to clean up PCB waste dump

The Environment Agency is locked in a complex legal battle in the US courts to make former chemical company Monsanto pay to clean up Brofiscin Quarry, where thousands of tonnes of PCB waste was dumped in the 1960s and 1970s. Eleven other sites may have also taken waste from Monsanto.
